HERITAGE
King Athelstan
We invite you to King Athelstan's coronation on the 4th Sept 925AD. As his honoured guests, you'll hear the story of his succession, how his coronation came to be held in Kingston, and that he went on to become the first King of England.

SCIENCE
The Return of Goldilocks
The Return of Goldilocks sees a grown woman returning to the woods where she met the three bears as a child. This time, however, it’s not just the cottage she’ll be trying to exploit but the whole forest.
At Story Storks we keep our storytelling interactive, bringing to life parts of the curriculum to enhance classroom learning. By doing so, students begin to understand that what they learn in school matters and connects to the real world.
Local history is at the heart of our Heritage offering. We look to the past for stories that spark a child’s imagination about the place in which they live, helping them to see that they are surrounded by Heritage and stories every day and creating a deeper sense of home.
Looking to the future, the story of planet Earth very much depends on the actions that we take now. At Story Storks, we’re creating stories that enable students to see the connection between classroom science and real-world outcomes, hoping to inspire them to make some changes for good.
